Ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 28. April 2010 eine vereinfachte Herabsetzung des Grundkapitals um EUR 8.000.000 auf EUR 80.000.000 durch Einziehung von 2.000.000 St\u00fcck eigener Aktien vorschlagen. Zweck der Kapitalherabsetzung ist die Reduktion der Anzahl eigener Aktien.
