Das Unternehmen erzielt Umsatzerl\u00f6se von rund 15 Mio. EUR p.a.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der beh\u00f6rdlichen Genehmigung dieser Transaktion werden Plegacol und Gr\u00e1ficas Los Andes S.A., Cali, der f\u00fchrende kolumbianischen Faltschachtelerzeuger, an dem MM Packaging bereits 20% der Anteile mit einem Aufgriffsrecht auf 100% h\u00e4lt, zusammengef\u00fchrt. Dadurch entsteht Kolumbiens gr\u00f6\u00dfter Faltschachtel-produzent mit einem Jahresumsatz von rund 30 Mio.
