Ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 30. April 2014 aufgrund der erwartet soliden Ergebnisentwicklung in Jahr 2013 eine Dividenden-erh\u00f6hung um 0,15 EUR auf 2,40 EUR je Aktie vorschlagen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus soll anl\u00e4sslich eines weiteren Jahrzehnts Notierung der Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG ein Jubil\u00e4umsbonus von ebenfalls 2,40 EUR je Aktie ausgesch\u00fcttet werden.<\/p>\n<p> \u201eZiel bleibt es, langfristig rund ein Drittel des Jahresergebnisses verbunden mit Dividendendynamik auszusch\u00fctten\u201c, kommentiert CEO Dr. Wilhelm H\u00f6rmanseder die unver\u00e4nderte Dividendenpolitik.<\/p>\n<p> Dividendenzahltag ist der 13. Mai 2014, die Kursnotierung Ex-Dividende erfolgt&nbsp;<br \/> ab 6. Mai 2014.<\/p>\n<p> Der Vorstand gibt ferner bekannt, dass die Vereinbarung von November letzten Jahres \u00fcber den Erwerb von drei A&amp;R Carton Standorten aufgrund ge\u00e4nderter Umst\u00e4nde nicht durchgef\u00fchrt werden konnte. \u201eDer Werterhaltung f\u00fcr unsere Aktion\u00e4re messen wir auch in der Konsolidierung Priorit\u00e4t bei.
