Dieses wird von Fonds der Oaktree Capital Management L.P. gehalten. Das Unternehmen erzeugt an f\u00fcnf Standorten Faltschachteln f\u00fcr die Pharmaindustrie und an zwei Standorten Faltschachteln f\u00fcr Luxus- und Kosmetikartikel. Die Standorte befinden sich in Frankreich. In 2014 wurden Umsatzerl\u00f6se von rund 115 Mio. EUR erwirtschaftet sowie rund 26.000 to Karton und 6.000 to Papier verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kaufpreis wird sich auf rund 80 Mio.
