Success Factor Customer Satisfaction – MMK Customer Survey May 2014
Considering the fragmented structure of the packaging industry, stronger collaboration with the supply chain is a key factor to further success.
We know that we will only enjoy lasting success in meeting the demands and needs of our customers to the optimum if we constantly improve in this regard. In May 2014 Mayr-Melnhof Karton will therefore start an international online customer survey with which we again want to examine the quality of our products and your satisfaction with our services.
The aim of the customer survey is on the one hand to measure the level of your satisfaction with our products and services and on the other to find out where there is further room for improvement. This survey will be conducted on our behalf by an independent market research institute, market. As part of the survey you will receive a questionnaire by email in May. We would like to sincerely invite you to take part in the survey. Your answers will help us to gain valuable insights to enable us in future to respond to your requirements even more precisely.
