Double victory at Carton Austria Awards for MM Packaging
Jury Award: Granulated Sugar Packaging / Public Award: Kiwi Packaging
The award ceremony of the Carton Austria Awards 2019 took place at the end of October during the Pro Carton PROPAK Austria Marketing Event in Vienna.
In this award, packaging solutions are evaluated according to the criteria of impact at the POS – optical, haptic and informative – for online deliveries also the so-called “Moment of Amazement” (the unpacking experience) as well as aspects of sustainability.
The best in the whole country
This time two prizes were awarded, one from the jury and one from the audience voting, with a pleasing result: The best folding carton solutions in the country are produced by Mayr-Melnhof Packaging Austria – with cartonboard from Mayr-Melnhof Karton.

Carton Austria Award
The Carton Austria Award is a prize for Austrian folding carton design in which Pro Carton, PROPAK Austria and the trade magazine CASH join together to award prizes to the best folding carton solutions in Austria.
