Applying for a new role should feel clear, not complicated. Here is a simple step-by-step guide to help you understand how the application process at MM works.
1. Discover the right opportunities for you
Upload your CV and use our AI-supported matching tool to discover suitable vacancies across our more than 60 locations. The tool helps match your skills and experience with opportunities at MM – including roles you may not have considered yourself.
You can also apply directly for any open position that interests you.
2. Screening of documents
Your Talent Advisor and the Hiring Manager responsible for the role will carefully review your application. AI may support parts of the process, but people make sure every application is reviewed with care. We will then contact you as soon as possible with information about the next steps.
If your profile does not match the requirements of the role this time, we will also let you know. We know that every application takes time and effort and we aim to make the process clear and transparent.
3. Interviews
In the first interview, you will meet your Talent Advisor and the Hiring Manager. Depending on the position, additional interviews may follow, giving you the opportunity to meet future colleagues or managers.
4. Decision and feedback
If it is a match, we will call you to discuss our offer and send it to you in writing afterwards.
If it does not work out this time, we will contact you personally and share feedback. We also invite you to share thoughts on the process, as they help us keep improving the candidate experience.

We adapt our process where needed to reflect local, cultural and role-specific needs, while ensuring a fair, transparent and respectful candidate experience for everyone.
