ECEA Award for Avon & MMP: A blueprint for sophisticated packaging

The ingenious interplay between the flacon and packaging wowed the jury of the European Carton Excellence Awards this year: the elaborate packaging, produced by MM Lublin, won the prestigious Gold Award.

Glamorous inside and out: the design for this perfume bottle and its packaging treated them as a single unit to striking effect, setting a new standard in packaging design. The best proof is the high-quality packaging for the Eve Become eau de parfum from Avon: The package follows the shape of the flacon, which is inspired by a butterfly, and replicates the motif using double hot foiling in a gold and hologram finish. Paired with the embossed elements, the natural white of the virgin fibre cartonboard from MM Board & Paper is memorable.
