Franz Rappold resigns from the Management Board

Mr. Franz Rappold (66) resigns at his own request from his mandate to the Management Board, which would have expired mid-May 2020, prematurely by the end of June 2019.
Mr. Rappold has been working for the Mayr-Melnhof Group for 35 years, half of this period as a member of the Management Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, in which he is responsible for sales and marketing of the cartonboard division (MM Karton). The transfer of management responsibility will take place within the longterm succession planning.
