Wilhelm Hörmanseder reappointed Chairman of the Management Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG

In yesterday’s meeting of the Supervisory Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG Dr. Wilhelm Hörmanseder (59) has been unanimously reappointed Chairman of the Management Board for a further period of five years.

The new term will start on January 1, 2015 and end on December 31, 2019. Mr. Hörmanseder joined the Mayr-Melnhof Group in 1990 and has been Chairman of the Management Board and CEO since May 2002. 
He has significantly shaped the company’s successful development during the past two and a half decades. His reappointment underlines the continuity and sustainability in the management of the Mayr-Melnhof Group.
 
The current term of the other members of the Management Board runs until May 2015.
