Feedback and collaboration during language training taught me that communication can quickly lead to misunderstanding. Language skills are crucial for successful cooperation in international business.

The feedback and collaboration in the Lateral Leadership training taught me to reflect on myself and constantly improve. The group and the trainers were an enrichment for me on my learning journey.

A moment that shaped my development was the trust I received to take on responsibility early on. Among other things, this certainly awakened the desire to lead a team and train apprentices myself.

Leading Together made me more aware of myself, my team and MM. Collaboration without fear or judgement; learning with open hearts and minds; together overcoming differences and achieving common goals.

One thing that amazed me about my journey at MM was that every day was an exciting opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
