Setting the road ahead: Pharma & HC Packaging division Sales and Management meeting 2025
From June 23rd to 27th, the Pharma & HealthCare Packaging Division came together for an inspiring Sales & Management Meeting. Leaders from across functions and geographies met in person with one bold purpose: to align on strategic priorities and shape the future of our division.
This week was more than a checkpoint: it was a springboard. We aligned on strategy, celebrated achievements, and empowered our teams to move forward with clarity and purpose.
We had the privilege of hearing from Peter Oswald, MM Group CEO, and Andreas Koppitz, Pharma CEO, whose keynotes reinforced our strategic direction and long-term ambition. Josep Cortés shared key financial insights to support our performance-driven roadmap, and Walter Würfel bridged the sales and management tracks by sharing the outcomes from the commercial team’s work, setting the tone for the management discussions.
A core part of the meeting were the cross-functional working groups, where teams collaborated intensively to tackle the key strategic areas for the division. Each group defined clear objectives and concrete actions to deliver in the coming months, transforming vision into execution and aligning local efforts to global priorities.
We also took time to recognize excellence across the division through the “Think Next – Lead Next” Awards, celebrating data-driven success and peer-nominated role models across eight categories:
