Carton Cavity System

It is available in both positive and negative variations, either with or without a frame.
Delivered as nested trays or in a flat format.
High quality printing and finishing is also possible.

A passepartout (as blank or as frame) + single cavities are connected together.
The depth of the cavities can vary as long as the composition is
symmetrical.

Various options are available for the barrier application
in combination with the Carton Cavity System.

• PE Coating

Based on our experience, replacing plastic trays by the CCS solution, required no major changes to the existing filling machines.
