With our two- to four-year dual development journey, you will learn from the technology and innovation leaders in the industry.
Our high-quality and structured apprenticeship programme consists of professional trainings, many personality-building measures and comprehensive as well as individual support from our trainers.
We offer a wide range of apprenticeship professions in Austria and Germany: From Packaging, Metal or Electrical Technician to Print Media Technologist, Industrial Clerk and more.

As an apprentice at MM, I learned many important skills and knowledge that are very useful in my professional life. These include, for example, working in a team, operating machines and equipment, complying with safety regulations and organising work processes.

The most exciting part of my apprenticeship was, when I got my first customer (under the supervision of my colleagues).
