Next Generation

As an apprentice at MM, I learned many important skills and knowledge that are very useful in my professional life. These include, for example, working in a team, operating machines and equipment, complying with safety regulations and organising work processes.

The most exciting part of my apprenticeship was, when I got my first customer (under the supervision of my colleagues).

Through the feedback and cooperation during my apprenticeship, I learned how important open and clear communication is and that you can only be successful as a team if everyone contributes their skills and ideas.

What I like most about my apprenticeship at MM are the extensive and varied activities in my day-to-day work. I learn something new every day!

The highlight of my three-year apprenticeship was the planned training week in quality assurance. This one week turned into 10 successful years of employement.

The trainings of the MM Next Generation programme helped us to feel more confident in presentations, especially with regard to the final apprenticeship exam.
