What’s in it for you?

You’ll receive a permanent employment contract from the beginning. The 2-year programme includes a cross-country assignment of up to 6 months, with a mentor and buddy to support you throughout. Grow professionally and personally through on-the-job learning and MM-Academy trainings. Experience different cultures and work styles to strengthen your global mindset. What we are looking for?

As a future expert at MM, you need to show that you can deliver results in cooperation with others. You are the right fit if you have a university degree with a business, technical, sales, finance and/or engineering background and ideally one to two years years of initial work experience. You should understand the business and the needs of different stakeholders, actively seek and take advantage of learning and development opportunities and be a team player with strong interpersonal and social skills.
