Outsert Folded in both vertical and horizontal directions, our outsert leaflets use extra fold knife units and are often secured with glue or tabs. They are designed for larger formats that accommodate extensive text, reflecting their intricate production process.

Our Plurium leaflets combine up to six individual leaflets, which are glued together at the spine. They can be supplied in flat, parallel or cross-folded formats, offering a substantial increase in total text area without necessitating modifications to customers’ packing lines.

These leaflets are folded in both vertical and horizontal directions, using extra fold knife units, and secured with a label or tabs. This design allows for various internal configurations with open edges.

Our cross folded leaflets are ideal for packaging that requires extensive text in a compact format. Folded vertically and then horizontally, these leaflets maximize space. Although perfect for tight packaging, they may spring open but can be easily secured with a tab label for convenient insertion.

• Folded in two directions
  

We provide reel-fed leaflets for customers with cutting and folding equipment on their packing lines. Ideal for high-volume batches, these reels can be pre-folded to accommodate larger leaflet sizes, meeting increased text requirements efficiently.

Piggyback leaflets consist of two, three, or more folded leaflets glued together back to back, offering a larger printing area without increasing leaflet size. This configuration is perfect for markets requiring multi-language texts, accommodating more than one leaflet, and providing ample space for extensive information. Leaflets are produced individually and then combined.

Our parallel folded leaflets are perfect for limited text, with folds in one direction. This straightforward design fits easily into packs without needing size reduction and tends to stay closed, ensuring easy insertion.

Our booklets consist of two or more leaflets merged together with a bundle.

The half fold is achieved through a microperforation along the width of the leaflet, produced at the end of the printing process. This method improves efficiency on customer packing lines, although it is not always permitted by all customers.

The final fold is completed in the customers’ packing lines, where they utilize their own folding equipment. This approach helps keep leaflet costs low while ensuring efficient production directly at the point of packaging.
